Healthy Cookies


Healthy, natural, gluten free, no-baked, uncooked, unprocessed, raw, delicious, preservative free energy balls contain: oats, Barlean’s Greens, raw cocoa chips, honey, cashew butter, hemp seed, maca powder, honey, coconut flakes roasted, and vanilla bean.

You can make it with any ingredients really. Use dry fruit instead of cocoa chips, or peanut butter instead of cashew butter, chia seed instead of hemp seed, etc. You can also replace oats with nut pulp. If you ever make nut milk, you have a lot of pulp left over. This is one of the ideas on what to do with that pulp

Even though they turned out greenish, they are sweet and delicious. My toddler and my husband are my "Guinea pigs" :) and they will never eat something they don’t like. So these energy balls cookie were a great success!
