You will need:
1 tsp agar-agar. You can buy it in natural stores. It's a healthy replacement of gelatin that comes from vegetable sources.
1 cup fresh juice. I used organic fresh orange juice, but you can use any juice you have.
0.5 cup of filtered water
1/3 cup of fruits optional. I used mango on the picture.
You can add cinnamon or a bit of maple syrup if you'd like a sweeter teste.
This recipe is for a small amount of jello, about 6 small cups from apple syrup.
Process:
Mix water and agar-agar and heat it up to boiling state. It's done! Now, add juice and pour into forms (collect yogurt cups or apple syrup cups before). Through in some fruit cubes. Ready to eat once it's cooled down!

ReplyDeleteGo straight to a store worker and he/she will guide you. I buy it in the big jar section in Granary.. Agar-agar has been used in Japan for centuries but I only learned about it just now :)
