Healthy Strawberry Jello

This is a version # 2 of my Healthy Jello recipe.

  1. Take the following ingredients and blend them (takes a minute!):
  • 5 large strawberries. You don't have to cut the green tales off as it is an edible green. It is important to buy organic strawberry as it is usually one of the most contaminated fruits 
  • 2 TBS honey
  • 1 TBP pine nuts (for fun and to add some healthy fats to the recipe!)
  • 2 TBP water to help it all get blended
(all the above ingredients replace one cup of juice in the previous version) 



     2.  Take the following ingredients and get them to the boiling state on the stove (takes a minute!)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 TSP agar-agar  


     3.  Combine the two patches from above, pour the mix into the bawls, and leave them in the fridge for an hour. You can also decorate it with honey and graham sticks or raw cacao, cinnamon, etc:


P.S. This is a 2 small cups portion, just fyi :)
