How often do you have some ME time in a week?
This morning I was doing EARTHING for ME time - it is very healing exercise especially for those who work at the computer all day long. Could you find 15-30 minutes today, go to a closest park, walk bare feet and feel the earth? Another way is to do some gardening, my mom's favorite exercise. It will count as your ME time. Make a notice how you feel before and after.
