Eating Out Versus Cooking at Home

In the busy western world, we love to go out to eat We have no time to cook or don’t want to cook so eating out or taking out is most popular way of getting food on the plate.

The problem with eating out is you cannot control the quality of food, even in highly rated establishments. A diner knows nothing about preparation and cleanliness, not to mention that restaurant food is rarely cooked with “soul”.

What do you think is happening in the back door of a restaurant? Do you think a chef is lovingly cooking your beautifully named dish? The truth is, you’ll never know what’s inside that delicious sauce.

Over the years, we have been to restaurants and seen waitresses fail to wash their hands in the bathroom or found flies on our plate. Worse, one of our close friends used to own a restaurant and said it was commonplace to have rat problems. It doesn’t mean we should stop eating out but there is a way to incorporate healthier choices prepared at home with less hassle then you think.

I can help you to incorporate healthier choices into your daily routine. I will give you various tips on how to plan out meals and save time.
