Hemp Seeds

How often do you use seeds in your kitchen? You should use them everyday! Everyday I add a different kind of seeds to my salad: pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, etc. If I don't forget I put them to our oatmeals, kashas, stews, smoothies, and really anywhere!

My favorite is HEMP seed. Yummy yum! Not only it is delicious, it also contains complete protein, the same protein that's in animal products. It is easily digestible, rich in the vitamin E and many trace minerals.


So if you want to crave less meat,
eat more hemp seeds!
