Smoothie For Lunch

We drink smoothies six days out of seven and make them with a regular small blender.
But today is special! We've got the Vitamix in the house! After I checked the instructions, I am ready for my first Vitamix Smoothie!

This one I made with a neutral taste as I prefer sweeter smoothies for breakfast.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup water
1/2 avocado
1 small grapefruit
1 large apple
1 small handful of dandelion
1 small handful of frozen broccoli
1 tsp omega oil
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp maca
4 ice cubes
1 pinch dill to garnish





It blended all so well and stopped when it was done! Yummilicious!
