Personally harvested coconut meat from my palm tree. It's rich in potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, fiber, iron, folate, and even calcium. This will be a giveaway for my client next week. Btw, synthetic forms of potassium and folate (folic acid) are dangerous; if you need these two micronutrients, including coconut meat in your diet would be a much better option!
