As I am changing, so is my logo! I love the image of two sunflower sprouts. The sunflower sprout is a nutritional powerhouse and represents strength and vitality, energy and juiciness.  These adjectives describe a few of many benefits that my program will help you achieve. The sunflower sprout is a delicious and extremely nutritious food..  The big sprout in my logo represents the nurturing parent hovering over the baby sprout ensuring that it has the right tools to grow and thrive.

Healthy Mom = Healthy Home

As a parent myself, I know how easy it is to slip out of healthy lifestyle, I've been there, done that! Sleepless nights, long hours of work, prepackaged easy dinners or quick take outs, unhealthy kids' menus, desserts, sweets, birthday parties with only pizza/cake/juice options, etc. Add these bad habits up and you have a chronically tired parent with sugar, caffeine, alcohol cravings and bloated belly.  Making matters worse it also  often results in children with issues like weight, food sensitivities, or ADD.   

I can improve your lifestyle if you are committed. I healed my daughter from various food sensitivities, I helped my dad loose 20 lbs, and I have helped myself with the fertility issues when everyone urged me to go the road of fertilization treatments. 

The primary focus of my health coaching practice is working with busy moms and dads to achieve their health and lifestyle goals. We all know what we have to do to be healthier but often you need a mentor, an accountability partner to make it happen. We will work bi-weekly using manageable steps to incorporate a cleaner healthier lifestyle and make it your second nature. 


Some of the common needs we work on include a grocery tour, de-junking your pantry, learning about healthy and dangerous ingredients, cooking classes and  meal planning, learning about new foods, detoxing your body, improving the energy levels, reducing cravings, improving digestive system, etc.
